Effective Date: May 2026
These Payment Terms apply to all purchases, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and billing arrangements for speedRecon (a product of Vencha Investments Ltd).
speedRecon may offer free and paid plans with different pricing, billing cycles, user limits, features, reconciliation limits, file retention periods, and support levels.
Plan details shown at checkout, in your account settings, or in an order form form part of these Payment Terms.
Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscription periods run from the date of successful activation or renewal.
We may accept payment methods including card payments (Visa, Mastercard), mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, Telecel/AirtelTigo), bank-supported channels, or other methods we make available from time to time.
Some payment methods may support automatic renewal, while others may require manual renewal.
Where a valid reusable payment authorization is available and automatic renewal is enabled or supported, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable renewal fee on or after the renewal date using the stored payment authorization.
If a renewal attempt fails, we may retry within a reasonable period, mark the subscription as past due, or suspend paid features until payment is resolved.
Where automatic renewal is not available or not enabled, you are responsible for renewing before the renewal or expiry date to avoid interruption of paid features.
All fees are stated in the currency displayed at checkout unless we state otherwise (e.g., GHS, USD). Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, levies, duties, or government charges, which you are responsible for unless the law requires us to collect and remit them differently.
If you upgrade to a higher plan, the upgrade may take effect immediately or at the next billing event, depending on the workflow we present at checkout. We may charge the new price or a prorated amount if we introduce prorated billing in the future.
If you downgrade to a lower plan, you may need to first reduce users, pending invites, storage, usage, or feature dependencies so that your organization complies with the target plan limits. We may block a downgrade until those requirements are met.
Downgrades may take effect immediately or at the end of the current period, depending on the workflow presented in the Service.
If a payment attempt is declined, reversed, canceled, challenged, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may:
Payments may be processed through third-party processors such as Paystack. Your payment is also subject to the processor’s terms, rules, and technical requirements.
We may receive transaction references, payment status, customer identifiers, and limited reusable payment authorization data necessary to manage renewals and subscription administration.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing contact details, billing email, and payment method information are accurate and current.
Where applicable, invoices, receipts, references, or payment confirmations may be made available in the Service or sent electronically.
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate paid features for overdue accounts. Continued non-payment may result in reduced plan access, restricted features, or account closure, subject to applicable law and our internal retention practices.
Unless required by law, payments must be made without set-off, deduction, counterclaim, or withholding.
We may revise pricing from time to time. Price changes will not affect the current paid period already purchased, but may apply at the next renewal or new purchase. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before material pricing changes take effect.
These Payment Terms should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict, the more specific payment-related terms will control for billing matters.
