Transparency Statement

Effective Date: May 2026

At speedRecon (a product of Vencha Investments Ltd), we believe trust is earned through clarity, reliability, security, and honest communication. This Transparency Statement explains how we aim to operate our service and communicate with customers.

1. Clear Product Scope

speedRecon is a software platform for bank reconciliation and related finance workflows. It helps teams organize records, compare transactions, manage collaboration, and improve control processes. It does not replace independent accounting judgment, audit review, legal advice, or tax advice.

2. Clear Billing Practices

We aim to present pricing, plan limits, billing cycles, renewal behavior, and payment methods clearly before purchase. Where automatic renewal is supported, we aim to disclose it. Where manual renewal is required, we aim to say so clearly.

3. Clear Handling of Payment Data

We use third-party payment processors to handle sensitive payment details. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or CVV values in our application systems. We may store limited payment metadata and reusable payment authorization references necessary to administer subscriptions and renewals.

4. Clear Data Handling

We aim to explain what personal data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and when we share it. Our Privacy Policy provides additional detail.

5. Security Commitment

We use reasonable safeguards to protect customer accounts, data, and systems. While no system can promise perfect security, we aim to monitor, improve, and respond responsibly to security risks.

6. Service Changes and Incidents

Where practical, we aim to communicate important changes to pricing, core features, policies, or significant service incidents through appropriate channels such as in-app notices, email, or website updates.

7. Fair Use of Automation and Matching Logic

Where the Service uses rules, matching workflows, or automation to assist users, final review and approval remain the responsibility of the customer. We aim to design features that support control, visibility, and auditability.

8. Customer Control and Accountability

Organization administrators can manage users, permissions, billing, and workspace settings. Customers remain responsible for internal approvals, user access decisions, uploaded records, and the use of outputs generated by the Service.

9. Questions and Feedback

We welcome questions about our policies, billing, privacy, or security practices. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will do our best to explain it plainly.
