This Privacy Policy explains how Vencha Investments Ltd (“speedRecon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our website, applications, and services.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through speedRecon, including information collected from customers, prospective customers, website visitors, administrators, and end users acting on behalf of organizations.

Depending on how you interact with the Service, we may collect:

  • login credentials or authentication data

  • collaboration and approval activity

c. Billing and Transaction Data

  • subscription plan details
  • payment status
  • payment references
  • limited payment method metadata such as card brand, masked card details, authorization token references, or payment channel data

We do not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other raw payment card data in our systems. Card payments are processed by our payment processor.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We process personal data where appropriate and lawful, including where processing is necessary to:

  • perform our contractual obligations;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • protect legitimate business interests such as security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and customer support;
  • act on your consent where consent is required.

5. Payments and Payment Processors

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paystack. Where applicable, payment processors may collect and process transaction data, card or mobile money details, billing references, and fraud-prevention information in accordance with their own terms and privacy notices.

speedRecon may receive limited payment metadata from payment providers, such as payment status, reference numbers, payment channel, customer codes, masked card information, and reusable authorization tokens required for recurring billing.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, session tokens, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • keep you signed in;
  • remember preferences;
  • secure sessions;
  • understand product usage;
  • improve performance and user experience.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share personal data only as reasonably necessary, including with:

We do not sell personal data as part of our ordinary business model.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing.

The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children where prohibited by law.
